Is Atelier 27 halal-certified?
Atelier 27 is currently not Halal-certified. While most of our ingredients may be Halal-suitable, our products and preparation processes have not been officially certified.
How long can I store the gelato?
Our gelato is freshly made with care, so we recommend enjoying it within one week of opening for the best taste and texture. If unopened and kept frozen at -18°C, it can be kept for up to one month.

Where do you deliver?
We offer islandwide delivery across Singapore.
Delivery is $25 per order, with free delivery for orders of $80 and above.

Islandwide delivery is $25 per order.

Do you offer self-pickup?
Yes! Self-pickup is complimentary.

Can I choose my pickup or delivery date?
Absolutely!
When placing your order, you can select your preferred pickup or delivery date directly on our website, subject to availability.
Simply choose Self-Pickup or Delivery, followed by your preferred date at checkout.
We recommend ordering in advance, especially during festive periods and for limited-edition collections.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Available delivery time slots will be shown at checkout based on your selected date and availability.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order during your selected delivery window.
What should I do when I receive my order?
Our gelato is temperature-sensitive, so please transfer your order to the freezer as soon as possible after receiving it.
For the best experience, follow the serving instructions provided with your collection.
What if I'm unable to receive my delivery?
Please arrange for someone to receive the order on your behalf if you are unable to be present during the selected delivery window.
As our products are temperature-sensitive, we recommend not leaving your order unattended for an extended period.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes! Someone else may collect your order on your behalf.
Please have your order confirmation or order number ready for verification at pickup.
How do I place an order to multiple locations?
If you would like to order for delivery to multiple locations, kindly place each order and check out individually.
